A Florida court has set a March 3 trial date for Justin Bieber on charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and driving with an expired license stemming from a Jan. 23 arrest.

According to Miami-Dade County Court dockets, Bieber is scheduled in court at 8:45 a.m. for the criminal charge of resisting arrest and traffic violations. Judge William Altfield will preside.

Bieber’s attorney, Roy Black, filed a written plea of not guilty with the court last week.

The Miami trials are scheduled one week before Bieber is scheduled to be in court in Toronto for allegedly assaulting a limousine driver during a Dec. 30 incident. Bieber turned himself in to the police on that charge last Wednesday.
