Lubove had spent more than seven years as a reporter at Bloomberg News, and he joins a team of many other former journalists.
“When I decided to leave journalism, there was only one firm I considered,” said Lubove. “I am very excited to join Sitrick, and I look forward to assisting our clients achieve their strategic communications goals.”
“I speak for everyone at the firm when I say we are very thrilled to have Seth join our team,” said Mike Sitrick, the firm’s founder, chairman and CEO. “It takes a combination of judgment and skill to succeed in this business and I am confident Seth has both. His vast knowledge of business — in the financial and corporate sector, as well as billionaires and wealth — and his experience in profiling Bill Gross of Pimco, Jeffrey Gundlach of DoubleLine, and other well-known personalities, will greatly benefit both existing and new clients.”
Last summer, the firm picked up former editor Sallie Hofmeister from the Los Angeles Times.
