Either nobody delivers dialogue for animated films like George Clooney or nobody records it like Wes Anderson, but either way, watching their process for “Fantastic Mr. Fox” is as entertaining as the finished product.
An extra feature (above) that comes loaded on the 2009 stop-motion animated film’s Criterion Collection Blu-ray shows Clooney and the gang recording their lines at a farm in Connecticut, instead of a sound studio in Los Angeles.

Clooney really gets into it, and is as animated as the character he’s voicing.
If Andy Serkis ever gets tired of playing motion-captured monkeys and shriveled up, old Hobbits, Clooney could easily step in.
