Embattled pop star Justin Bieber tweeted his new music video for the song, “Confident,” shortly before 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday – the same time as Bieber was on his way to the Toronto Police station to turn himself in on assault charges.

The video features the 19-year-old singer — sporting his signature baggy crotch pants — chasing after a “confident” blonde girl who won’t give him the time of day.
No word on whether Bieber is “confident” he’ll triumph over all his legal problems.
